You can now register for online services that includes booking appointments, ordering repeat prescriptions, cancelling appointments and viewing your Summary Care Record. Registration for these services must be done in person at the Practice.

When requesting a repeat prescription, please give us 48 hours notice so that we can process your request. Please tick the items you require on the tear-off slip (any unmarked items will not be issued) and place your completed slip in the prescription request box located in the Centre on the Ground Floor.
You are welcome to send your request by post accompanied by a stamped, self-addressed envelope, so that we can return the completed prescription to you. If a stamped, self-addressed envelope is not included with your prescription request we will be unable to post it to you, and it will be kept at Reception for collection at your convenience.
You can also order your repeat prescriptions online via our website and it will be processed the following day. To order online, simply register in person at the surgery or by telephone, and then use our 'Online Services' in quick links and place your prescription order. You can also make and cancel appointments online.
Your repeat prescription may be ready within 48 hours, however you are advised to ring the Surgery to check that it is available if you wish to collect it before the end of the 48 hours notice period.
If you would like your prescription collected by one of the local Chemists and delivered to your home, please indicate this on your completed form and ensure that you contact the Chemist to make arrangements for them to collect the prescription from the Surgery on your behalf.
We now have the Electronic Prescription Service at the Practice. Once you order your repeat prescription, and it is authorised by the GP, your prescription can then be sent electronically to your chosen Pharmacy. This service will take the hassle out of ordering and collecting prescriptions from the Surgery. To take part in this service, simply visit your chosen Pharmacy and request to "nominate" their Pharmacy and the next time you order your repeat prescription, your prescription will be sent electronically to the Pharmacy. Please ask at Reception for more details.
Please allow 48 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays, for your request to be processed. If you experience any problems, please telephone the Surgery.
